Streamtuner lets you browse many radio stations. No Windows version. I’ll be buying a new Linux box very soon, and this should come in handy.

Two months ago I finally bought the iRiver ihp-140.All in all, I’m satisfied (and in fact used it to record South by Southwest talks. There are several usability problems (most noticeably with the slow access times when starting up or trying to record). But I use it everyday.
