Rush Limbaugh and Prison Abuse

About the abuse/harrassment by American soldiers against Iraqi prisoners:

CALLER: It was like a college fraternity prank that stacked up naked men —

LIMBAUGH: Exactly. Exactly my point! This is no different than what happens at the Skull and Bones initiation and we’re going to ruin people’s lives over it and we’re going to hamper our military effort, and then we are going to really hammer them because they had a good time. You know, these people are being fired at every day. I’m talking about people having a good time, these people, you ever heard of emotional release? You of heard of need to blow some steam off?

Later, Rush said about the actions:

LIMBAUGH: And these American prisoners of war — have you people noticed who the torturers are? Women! The babes! The babes are meting out the torture.

LIMBAUGH: You know, if you look at — if you, really, if you look at these pictures, I mean, I don’t know if it’s just me, but it looks just like anything you’d see Madonna, or Britney Spears do on stage. Maybe I’m — yeah. And get an NEA grant for something like this. I mean, this is something that you can see on stage at Lincoln Center from an NEA grant, maybe on Sex in the City — the movie. I mean, I don’t — it’s just

Hey Rush, I was just thinking. What’s the big problem with all the sex that took place in Iraqi in the first place? I mean, didn’t Clinton, during his administration, set the presidence for our federal staffing to go ahead and enjoy sex during working hours? Didn’t he and Monica do the nasty during office hours, and while Clinton was on the phone with an other dignatary from another country. Man, how can they flip out over a leash inncident when the terrorists kill and murder and dismember Americans and their own people at will? We need to let people know that what happened in the prisons isn’t half bad or isn’t ‘inhumane’ either, not like how the iraqi’s do, or Clinton did!! I am more ashamed that any congressman or other American citizen would find fault with our treatment toward the terrorists! Until it’s in “their backyard” they just aren’t going to get it, are they Rush?

Thanks for letting me say something. This is making me nuts!

What I find so interesting that the last time Rush went off on one of his moral diatribes he ended up eating his words in a drug rehab zone. Keep in mind that he is still fighting a court case and if he loses he could be some yard birds “girlfiend”.
