I’m really glad that high school teachers are taking a liking for Python. It is a good teaching language, and I have a feeling that teachers were using Java or (heaven forbid!) php or C/C++. Looking back, I guess it really doesn’t matter what language you’re learning at that level, just as you learn basic methods and structures. On the other hand, it is nice that people are being exposed to Python at an earlier age.
