I have been checking the usual news outlets for news about the winner of the Booker Awards. I find absolutely amazing that these things are broadcast live on BBC. What the hell are they doing during this ceremony to take up so much time. It’s supposed to be announced at 2200, and it’s already 4:00 PM CST. Lord, get this suspense over with!
