Two important announcements.
First, my webserver seems to have been hacked. Am investigating. Unsure about whether this weblog will come down as well.
Second, I will be switching webhosts in the next few days–actually I was going to switch anyway this week because of my move. I’ve been running a webserver out of my apartment, and in the last year or so, it’s become a drag. I just don’t have the time or resources to do the routine system administration tasks that need to be done. Have no fear. I expect the hiatus to last only a few days.
Update: Well, there’s no doubt that my inattention contributed to this problem. Also, last week someone stole my bike seat (along with the seatpost, which apparently is really hard to find). I am angrier at the bike vandalism than the web vandalism.
