I just watched some of the Jib Jab cartoons over again. Ever since Jay Leno hired them to do some vids, I had the impression that it diluted the caustic edge of their vids and that the novelty of the flash/animation live-action technique had only limited range.

Speaking of short vids, I watched the Numa Numa dance . I was struck by how obvious this idea was, and in fact music groups should invite fans to make their own music vids based on soon-to-be-hit songs.
