Our church in Virginia has ordered four with Give 1 Get 1 and plan to use the "get" ones in our partner site in Kenya (East Africa) where we have a 20-year partnership (and going) with a whole Primary School standards 1 - 8!

Great idea, Robert. I want to start an Austin, TX-based XO Club.

I've started a wiki page on http://wiki.laptop.org/go/XO_Giving/Users to start a list of local North American based clubs. Colin and others, feel free to add your information to the wiki page. I've already added your info, Robert. I'm such a copycat! :)

I ordered 3 XO's for my 3 kids. We live in south Houston (Missouri City) and would love to participate. I have no special computer programming expertise.
