Sorry, I haven’t been posting a lot recently, but my apartment has had limited electricity in the last three days, making it impossible to cook or watch TV or access the Internet. A fuse went out, and I suspect the repair would take 10 minutes.
I reported it three times on the telephone and sent a written notice this morning.
I don’t know; what else is left for me to do? Complain!
