Here are some crime statistics I have gathered from the City of Houston’s crime reports: These are broken down by street address, so I am listing all crime reports filed at the 12700 block of Ashford Point Drive, Houston, TX 77082. The official address for Ashford Court Apartments is 12777 Ashford Point Dr Houston TX 77082. Note that the complex has 442 units. In 12 months they had 28 incidents (some of them very major). If recent statistics are any indication, the chance of a member of a single apartment unit being a victim of a crime incident is 1 in 16 over the year of 2006.
