Mike Flacklestein Spam

Milligan asks, Mr. Flacklestein, who are you?  His guess (actually credible) is that it’s steganography (the act of embedding important messages in a public place without people even realizing it contains a message). Or it could be some spammer trying to see whether his spambot actually works.
