Where is Anne’s Music?

Fascinating 7 minute radio broadcast about a strange computer networking problem radio announcer David Kestenbaum has. A new folder pops up in his Windows Explorer called “Anne’s Music.” Coincidentally it contains the same songs  from  his own collection. What the heck is happening?
